Breezy Point Resort, located
only 140 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul,
is built on land acquired in 1921 by
millionaire publicist Wilfred Hamilton Fawcett
("Captain Billy Fawcett”).

personality and his many contacts in the
publishing and motion picture industry, Breezy
Point Resort soon became
a Mecca for the rich and famous
during the Roaring 20's era, playing host to
stars including Clark Gable, Carole Lombard,
Tom Mix and Jack Dempsey. |

Whitebirch, Inc. was
established in 1974 to develop and market the
approximate 3,000 acres surrounding Breezy
Point Resort. Then in 1981, Whitebirch, Inc
purchased Breezy Point Resort.
Over the years,
approximately 12,000 owners have purchased
vacation ownership interests through Breezy
Point International, a subsidiary of
Whitebirch, Inc.

Breezy Point
Resort tracks their comprehensive Hotel
Management/Accounts Receivables with the
very specialized software package from
Resort Computer Corporation. However,
Whitebirch, Inc and its seven subsidiaries
manage their Accounts Payable, General
Ledger, and Financial Statements with Down
To Earth.
Whitebirch, Inc has been a
loyal DTE customer since v3.5 A/P and G/L was
bundled with the RCC Hotel Management software
in 1993. In
2006, DTE was upgraded from v3.5 UNIX
environment to version 7, converted to a
Windows® 2003 server, and all the while
retaining their vital historical data of more
than 15 years. Down To Earth is their
solution.
