SSA Electronic Submission

The DTE required format changes/updates for the current year are available to supported customers at no charge. Please Contact us to receive your update. If you are not a supported customer but need these program changes, let us know the DTE version, SynergyDE version, and operating system you have installed.

Follow the instructions below to download the current year AccuWage software and/or Register for your PIN and submit your wage information electronically to the Social Security Administration.

To Download AccuWage:

Go to: www.ssa.gov/employer
Select the AccueWage/AccuW2C link from the Employer Information Directory list (left side of this page)
Download the AccuWage software - 20xx Tax Year
Save/Install the accuxx.exe file to your system.
Install the AccuWage software by double clicking on the downloaded file and follow the install instructions.

To Register with SSA for a PIN:

Go to: www.socialsecurity.gov/bso
Select the Register link to get your PIN number/User ID
Follow instructions for registration
