The customer billing process provides for many different types of billing and accounts receivable management and reporting options. Parcel identification, various styles of meter reading, periodic billing, late fees, are just a few of the features offered.
Inventory management of items used in the field for Work Order repairs or new service is optional. In addition, Purchase Order can assist to control the products that make the day to day business run. All are managed within the Down To Earth software Work Order add on applications.
